Shipping Policy

Shipping Your Order

Orders ship via Standard Ground shipping within one business day from the day your order is placed.

The shipment will arrive between two and three business days after the order has left our shipping facility for most locations.

If your order has multiple items, the items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to size or product availability.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, INDIVA cannot ship orders outside of Canada at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Packaging

Our orders are shipped discretely in packaging that does not allow the cannabis to omit any odours and the business of origin is not listed on the label.

Additional Details

By default, all orders are shipping via Standard Ground shipping, unless you choose upgraded shipping at the time of checkout.

If the order is placed by 3 pm and the delivery address is in a major urban centre, you can expect delivery within one to three business days.

If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, expect your order to be shipped the following business day.

Please allow one to two days for us to process the order. As soon as your order is released to shipping, you will receive an email from INDIVA with tracking details that allows you to track every step of your package.

RETURN POLICY

Cannabis Products

At Indiva, we stand behind the quality of our cannabis products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact us as at [email protected].

Non-Cannabis Products (Accessories)

We will accept returns for 30 days from the delivery date of your order. However, products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Any glass/ceramic damage must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot, under any circumstance, accept products for return that have been used.
  • Products are not eligible for return after 30 days.

How to Return a Non-Cannabis Product (Accessories)

Send an email to [email protected] including the reason for your return and a photo to prove the product is new and unused. Please indicate if you would like to receive a refund or INDIVA store credit.

  • Pack the item(s) in the box and packaging that you received, print the shipping label and secure the label to the box. The box can be dropped off at your nearest postal office.
  • A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the foregoing requirements.
